We were fortunate to have Charles guiding us in the recent hunt for our retirement dream home. Thru numerous home tours, multiple offers, bidding wars, back up offers and even an offer we withdrew Charles hung in there with us, always in contact, referring us to houses we might be interested in as soon as they came on the market. And when our new home came on the market it was that diligence that led us to be the first to tour the home and the first to make an offer. And I have no doubt that it was his help in crafting our offer that got our offer accepted. We love our mountain home and would not be here without Charles’ help and persistence.
